Size Guide

To help ensure the best possible fit, our shoe sizing is based on the length and width of your feet measured in centimeters rather than traditional sizing alone. You may find it helpful to reference our TLSS Shoe Size Chart below to compare our sizing with standard US Kids, US Women’s, and EU shoe sizes.

Follow these steps to determine your shoe size.

1. Materials - You will need:

  • Two sheets of paper
  • Tape
  • A ruler or measuring tape
  • A pen or pencil

Having someone assist with tracing your feet can also help improve accuracy.

2. Prepare the Paper

Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat surface and tape it down securely to prevent movement while measuring.

3. Trace Your Foot

Stand with one foot centered on the paper. If possible, position foot at a 90-degree angle to the edge of the paper.

Make sure your weight is evenly distributed between both feet while standing. If you plan to wear socks with your shoes, wear them during measuring.

Carefully trace around your entire foot as closely as possible.

Tip: Measure your feet in the afternoon or evening, as feet naturally expand (swell) throughout the day.

4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the Other Foot

It is common for one foot to be slightly different in size, so measuring both feet is important for achieving the best fit.

5. Measure Length and Width - To determine your size

Length: Measure in centimeters from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe.

Width: Measure in centimeters straight across the widest part of your foot.

Use the larger measurements from both feet to determine and select your shoe size.
